An Extended Look

Read it: The Extended Look opens on Jason and Lucia, then drops into the first story beat at Venture Apartments in Rockridge, Vice City. A San4San drug-lab contact (Raymond) and his partner Ernesto set the job; task-force officer Méndez leads a raid. The HUD flashes a six-star wanted level and a Criminal Profile wheel — both first confirmed here — before the pair escape through Aunt Tee's apartment.

Read it: After the raid, the video leaves the mission and tours the state: Grassrivers wetlands and a fanboat, the Leonida Keys island chain, Mount Kalaga's interior, Port Gellhorn, and Ambrosia. Mid-tour, the WAINK phone app scans a car before theft, and a shared dress-shopping beat confirms a relationship system. Boobie Ike appears at the Jack of Hearts, and the Grotti Cheetah '95 (Ultimate Edition) gets its first sighting.

Read it: Raul Bautista recruits the pair into a bank-robbery crew. A high-speed Vice City police pursuit follows: wanted-description icons sit under the stars, Jason triggers bullet time in a shootout, and the chase hits the Vice City Freeway interchange. Cal Hampton (Jason's friend) and smuggler Brian Heder appear as the mission bleeds into the Keys.

Read it: Brian's Boat Works in the Keys unlocks a stretch of toys and pastimes: the Shitzu Squalo speedboat, a Dinka Enduro at a safehouse, scuba diving, and street basketball. Dre'Quan Priest and the Real Dimez duo (Bae-Luxe and Roxy) appear at Only Raw Records. Two new named rural districts — Hamlet and Kelly County — are spoken on-screen.

Read it: Jason and Lucia run security for a celebrity at a corporate gala that turns into a Die Hard-style hostage sequence. Lucia fires a pump-action shotgun one-handed and stabs an attacker with a high heel. The chapter ends on a private jet — Lucia in a black bob, Jason in a suit — then stacks developer confirms: 600k NPC animations, base-PS5 capture, RDR2-style chapters, an ~80-hour story, trunk outfit storage, and Pay n' Spray as a stolen-car fence.

Read it: The last minutes confirm the Vapid Dominator Buggy in the swamps, Vice Beach and the Shore Court garage, and a Rockstar-commissioned theme by DRÆVEN. Rob Nelson states Leonida is about 2× GTA V and about 3× RDR2 — the map-scale line the rest of the video has been arguing visually.
